WHERE SOUL FOOD, YOGA, NAÏVE ART AND COMMUNITY COME TOGETHER
The essence of INSYNC CLUB lies in its four foundational pillars, each reflecting Andrea’s personal journey of growth, creativity, and connection.
✹ SOUL FOOD
It all began 9 years ago with SOUL FOOD. Andrea, freshly graduated in Nutritional Sciences, poured her passion for nutrition into a food delivery start-up in Vienna. There, she combined her scientific knowledge with creative flair, crafting inventive recipes, curating food boxes, and helping others rediscover the joy of healthier home cooking. It was the spark that lit her journey.
✹ YOGA
As Andrea explored the art of nourishing the body, she discovered another passion: YOGA. What started as curiosity became a calling when she embarked on a transformative yoga teacher training in the lush beauty of Costa Rica. Here, movement became a language of healing, and yoga opened a doorway to profound self-discovery.
This journey didn’t stop in Costa Rica. Andrea stayed to deepen her knowledge, then followed her passion to the United States, where the synergy of yoga and soul food blossomed. In New Orleans, she taught yoga, managed a studio, and hosted weekly soul lunches, bringing people together over movement and mindful meals.
Her travels continued to San Francisco, New York, and London, where she immersed herself in vibrant yoga communities, taught classes in Manhattan offices, and worked as a vegan chef in two of London’s leading yoga studios. Returning to Vienna in 2016, Andrea founded “Eat with Andrea,” creating recipes and teaching yoga. Her business evolved into “Flow with Andrea,” where she led yoga sessions in studios, parks, and retreats across Austria, Croatia, and Portugal.
From Bali to Singapore, Andrea sought inspiration and honed her craft, blending movement, spirituality, and self-discovery. These experiences culminated in her book, The Chakra Journey, a guided journal for self-transformation through the lens of the body’s energy centers.
✹ NAÏVE ART
In the summer of 2022, the final piece of INSYNC’s vision emerged: NAÏVE ART. For Andrea, naïve art is about creating something simple yet deeply imaginative and expressive- whether it’s through nourishing plant-based dishes, creative yoga flows, or handmade clay pieces. This artistic expression became the bridge that tied her passions together, leading her to the next chapter of her journey.
✹ COMMUNITY
At its core, INSYNC is about bringing people together. The first INSYNC event, Yoga & Clay + Brunch in Sept 2022, debuted in Vienna — a harmonious fusion of yoga, creativity, and nourishment. It created a space for individuals to connect, share, and be part of something bigger: a COMMUNITY where creativity and transformation thrive.
