The Mother is the second face of the Triple Goddess (Maiden-Mother-Crone), an ancient, cross-cultural pattern found in Greek, Celtic, and Hindu mythology alike. Her clearest mythic form is Demeter, the Greek goddess of the harvest, whose story of love, loss, and letting go became the archetypal tale of devotion meeting release. She's tied to summer, the full moon, and the season of abundance: nourishing, protective, and generative, yet also capable of overwhelming grief, clinging, and a withdrawal so powerful it stills the earth itself.
Session 1 (30 min) + Session 2 (90 min) · Mythology, Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
From the flow, we move into fire: Manipura with the Wild Woman Archetype.
✓ 30-min Session 1 — Journaling & Meditation & Kundalini

✓ Part 3 of 7 — The Inner Sanctum journey
The Wild Woman is the untamed, instinctual self that lives beneath the roles we play. Jungian analyst and storyteller Clarissa Pinkola Estés gave her a name in Women Who Run With the Wolves, drawing on tales from many cultures: La Loba, the old bone-gatherer who sings dead wolves back to life; Baba Yaga, the fierce and wise woman of the forest; Artemis, the Greek goddess of the wild hunt; and Kali, the Hindu goddess of fierce transformation. Where the Maiden begins and the Mother nourishes, the Wild Woman remembers. She trusts her instincts, sets boundaries, speaks her truth, and refuses to be tamed. Her shadow is just as real: rage without direction, isolation, and a wildness that turns against herself when it has been caged for too long.
Session 1 (30 min) + Session 2 (90 min) · Mythology, Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
From fire, we move into the heart: Anahata with the Lover Archetype.
✓ 30-min Session 1: Mythology, Kundalini, Meditation & Journaling
✓ 90-min Session 2: Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
✓ Lifetime access: revisit anytime, at your own pace
✓ Part 4 of 7: The Inner Sanctum journey
The Lover is the part of us that feels everything fully: desire, delight, devotion, and heartbreak. We meet her through Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, beauty, and pleasure. Her myths show that love is never only sweet. She loves Adonis and loses him. She is bound to Hephaestus and drawn to Ares. Aphrodite teaches that an open heart isn’t a safe one, it’s an alive one. This reaches far beyond romance: a friendship, your work, the way you speak to yourself, and your relationship with your own body. Where the Wild Woman guards her fire, the Lover lets love in. The heart chakra is where giving and receiving meet, and where love becomes a practice rather than a feeling you wait for. Her shadow is just as real: giving to be loved, clinging, jealousy, and a heart armored so tightly that nothing can reach it.
In this practice, a kundalini kriya opens the chest, lungs, and upper back. A heart meditation helps you soften, receive, and come home to yourself. And in the journaling, you ask: what do I love about my body? And what am I opening myself up to?
Queen Archetype · Throat Chakra
Session 1 (30 min) + Session 2 (90 min) · Mythology, Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
From the heart, we move into the voice: Vishuddha with the Queen Archetype.
✓ 30-min Session 1: Mythology, Kundalini, Meditation & Journaling
✓ 90-min Session 2: Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
✓ Lifetime access: revisit anytime, at your own pace
✓ Part 5 of 7: The Inner Sanctum journey
The Queen is the part of us that knows her own authority and speaks from it. We meet her through Hera, queen of the Greek gods. She is sovereign, clear, and unafraid of her own voice. This reaches far beyond leadership: how you say no, how you ask for what you need, the stories you tell about yourself, and the way you speak to yourself when no one is listening. Where the Lover opens her heart, the Queen gives it a voice. The throat chakra is where truth becomes expression, and where authority is something you embody rather than something you wait to be granted. Her shadow is just as real: swallowed words, people-pleasing, speaking to be liked, control, and a voice so hard it keeps everyone at a distance.
In this practice, a kundalini kriya frees the neck, throat, and shoulders. A meditation helps you settle into your own authority and hear what you actually want to say. And in the journaling, you ask: what truth have I been holding back? And what would I say if I trusted my voice completely?
Mystic Archetype · Third Eye Chakra
Session 1 (30 min) + Session 2 (90 min) · Mythology, Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
From the voice, we move into vision: Ajna with the Mystic Archetype.
✓ 30-min Session 1: Mythology, Kundalini, Meditation & Journaling
✓ 90-min Session 2: Kundalini, Vinyasa & Journaling
✓ Access until end of Nov 2026: revisit anytime, at your own pace
✓ Part 6 of 7: The Inner Sanctum journey
The Mystic is the part of us that knows before she can explain, and trusts what she sees. We meet her through Hecate, the torchbearer of the Greek myths. She stands at the crossroads, keeps the keys, and sees in the dark. It was Hecate who witnessed Persephone’s descent and lit the way back. This reaches far beyond spirituality: how you listen to your gut, how you read a room, the quiet knowing that arrives before the reasons do, and whether you let yourself act on it. Where the Queen gives the heart a voice, the Mystic gives it sight. The third eye chakra is where intuition becomes insight, and where clarity is something you remember rather than something you have to earn. Her shadow is just as real: overthinking, doubting what you already know, living in your head, escaping into the spiritual to avoid the practical, and needing proof before you trust yourself.
In this practice, a kundalini kriya turns your attention inward and awakens the space between the brows. A meditation helps you settle into stillness and hear what you already know. And in the journaling, you ask: what have I been sensing but not letting myself see?
And what would I do if I trusted my inner knowing completely?
A seven-week live online journey through the feminine energy body · on Zoom · with recordings
A container for women ready to descend into the body, meet the archetypes waiting there, and emerge more rooted, more expressed.
The container opens at the equinox, the moment day and night stand equal, and comes fully into light three days later, at the full moon. From there, each gateway moves with its own rhythm: Wednesday to root, Saturday to rise.
Seven weeks of live practice on Zoom. With Saturday morning deep-dives and Wednesday morning meditations, The Inner Sanctum is not a pre-recorded course you'll get to someday. It is a living, embodied container with live sessions, weekly practices, recordings, and a group of women committed to doing the real inner work together.
HOW IT WORKS
Two live sessions per week on Zoom:
Saturday · 9:00am Vienna time · 90 minutes Teaching, practice, breathwork, integration
Wednesday · 7:30am Vienna time · 30 minutes Meditation, reflection & journaling
All sessions recorded, watch anytime if you miss a live.
WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE
Each week we enter one energy center through Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices. We meet the feminine archetype that lives there. We ask what she is asking of us. We integrate through journaling, movement, and reflection.
This is not a passive course. It is a live, embodied practice, a weekly commitment to yourself that builds week by week into something you will feel in your body long after.

WHO THIS IS FOR
If you're ready to do the work that's both: meeting who you already are, and becoming who you're here to be.
Here's what I believe: you are already everything. The maiden, the mother, the wild woman, the lover, the queen, the mystic, the wise woman. All of it lives in you. The work is knowing which part to call forward, when, and how to move with that energy.
The energy centers keep you anchored in that. In your values. In alignment with who you actually are, not who life is asking you to be.
Seven weeks. The inner work. Done together.

The Maiden is the first face of the Triple Goddess (Maiden-Mother-Crone), an ancient, cross-cultural pattern found in Greek, Celtic, and Hindu mythology alike. Her clearest mythic form is Persephone (Kore), the Greek maiden goddess whose story of descent and return became the archetypal tale of innocence meeting transformation. She's tied to spring, the waxing moon, and the passage of initiation, stepping across a threshold into the unknown.
