    • Travel insurance (highly recommended – via your credit card or a separate short-term policy)

    • Airport Pickup: Marrakech: €15–25 per taxi,  We'll coordinate shared rides where possible based on arrival times.

    • Transfer to/from the Desert Camp: Shared bus: approx. €20-30 per person for a round trip, Private taxi: approx. €60 one ride, recommended for early departures on the last day or private travel needs)

  • Deposit: 20% of total price to secure your spot.

    • Balance: Due 30 days before retreat start.

    • Up to 30 days prior: 20%

    • 29–20 days prior: 30%

    • 19–10 days prior: 50%

    • 9–4 days prior: 70%

    • 72 hours prior: 85%

    • 30 hours prior: 100%
