Ecstatic Dance is a moving meditation. It's a way to follow your inner rhythm, release energy, and reconnect with joy. Let your body guide you, feel the lightness return, and move freely without judgment.
You’ll be held by the music, the group, and the magic of simply being together.
It’s about letting go, feeling into the moment, and finding the stillness within that gives you strength in everyday life.
This dance floor is a space for connection, creativity, and freedom. Just for us women.
Afterwards there will be an optional pizza from our neighbors BROS.PIZZA.

Andrea is the founder of Insync Club, a 500-hour-certified yoga teacher, mental health coach, and nutritionist. Known for her creative, transformative, and holistic approach, she blends Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and Yin to create deeply immersive classes. Passionate about guiding others toward greater well-being, she seamlessly integrates movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to support a balanced and fulfilling life. Andrea has traveled the world, learning from diverse teaching traditions in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali, and London.
