You’ll be held by the music, the group, and the magic of simply being together.
It’s about letting go, feeling into the moment, and finding the stillness within that gives you strength in everyday life.
This dance floor is a space for connection, creativity, and freedom. Just for us women.
Afterwards there will be an optional pizza from our neighbors BROS.PIZZA.

Helga, a musicologist and certified meditation and breathwork facilitator, specializes in PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®, blending electronic music with dynamic breathwork. She crafts transformative experiences through breathing, sound, and self-love practices, guiding participants to explore and elevate their consciousness.
Her Ecstatic Dance classes celebrate life’s highs and lows with a vibrant mix of tribal and electronic beats, complemented by melodic tracks. The atmosphere is deep yet joyful, inviting you to let go, connect, and become one with the music.
