Equilibrium - Awakening the serpent within is a 2-hour meditation intensive that guides you into the subtle realms of your inner energy. This practice invites you to move beyond the mind and into the deeper intelligence of the body.

Through Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Kriya, Mantra and Meditation you are led on a journey that gradually awakens the dormant currents of your life force. Each sequence is designed to balance the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and create a natural state of inner alignment.

Dynamic movement meets intentional stillness. The breath becomes a bridge toward clarity. Repetition of sacred sound steadies the mind and softens the heart. As the internal energy rises, you may feel a renewed sense of vitality, emotional release, and a quiet expansion from within.

This intensive creates a container for recalibration. A place to return to your center. A space where the serpent energy begins to stir, bringing you into a state of presence, connection and equilibrium.

Andrea is the founder of Insync Club, a 500-hour-certified yoga teacher, mental health coach, and nutritionist. Her work is known for its intuitive, transformative, and energetically attuned approach, blending Meditation, Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin into immersive practices that open space for clarity, healing, and inner expansion.

With over ten years of devoted study and practice, Andrea weaves movement, breath, and mindful nourishment into a holistic pathway of alignment.
