What to wear: Relaxed, clothes you can move in comfortably like your favorite yoga outfit

Yoga Class is for all levels
Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle + Sun Screen
Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class, we start on time! The rooftop terrace is on the 5th floor.
This Class will take place when it is warm enough (sunny or cloudy) to practice in a sweater and it's not raining, otherwise it will be moved to Studio Re:treat, Nelkengasse 6/14, 1060 Vienna. Based in vibrant Vienna, Andrea has travelled the world to learn from different teaching techniques in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali, Greece and London.
At the moment Andrea teaches with a special interest in Chakra Vinyasa Flow and is absolutely committed to a balance of active asanas, breath work, restorative practices and meditation.
