A container for women ready to descend into the body, meet the archetypes living within them, and emerge from the other side more rooted, more expressed, and more whole.

Beginning on the Summer Solstice, seven energy centers, seven feminine archetypes, seven weeks of live practice on Zoom. With Saturday morning deep-dives and Wednesday morning meditations, The Inner Sanctum is not a pre-recorded course you'll get to someday. It is a living, embodied container with live sessions, weekly practices, recordings, and a group of women committed to doing the real inner work together.

HOW IT WORKS

Two live sessions per week on Zoom:

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

Each week we enter one energy center through Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices. We meet the feminine archetype that lives there. We ask what she is asking of us. We integrate through journaling, movement, and reflection.

This is not a passive course. It is a live, embodied practice — a weekly commitment to yourself that builds week by week into something you will feel in your body long after August.

YOUR GUIDE

Andrea is the founder of Insync Club and has been leading women's retreats and embodiment journeys for over a decade across Morocco, Italy, Croatia, Portugal, and Austria. She holds a mastersdegree in nutrition, multiple yoga certifications, and a Mental Trainer certification. Her work integrates Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga with feminine archetypes, breathwork, and somatic practices. The Inner Sanctum is the first time she is bringing all of this work fully online.
