How often are you actually mindful of your body?
Most of the day we are engrossed in the activities of the mind, and are not always aware of what our physical body is experiencing. Consciously practicing mindfulness strengthens the connection between mind and body and offers us insights into what we are doing.
Therefore, let's decode the emotional, psychological and spiritual messages together.
In this workshop we will engage our thoughts, feelings and connection to our bodies. We will embark on a soothing and restorative journey that invites us to look at the body with openness, tenderness and curiosity.
